Jorge Jaramillo AKA Who Da Funk‘s career is punctuated by great musical achievements. He

scored a hit with his single ‘Shiny Disco Balls’, catapulting him to global acceptance in the ‘House’ world. “Shiny Disco Balls” became an international dancefloor anthem and spent eight weeks in the UK Top 40 chart earning him cover features in I-DJ and DJ magazines. He performed his hit song live in front of millions of people during the ‘Top of the Pops’ show. Jorge Jaramillo also received 2 back to back Winter Music Conference Awards, one for ‘Best House Track’ and the other for ‘Best Underground Track’.

His productions and DJ sets range from « hands in the air » peak time hits, to electro, tech-house and dirty house. Jorge Jaramillo has released numerous singles and remixes as well as mix compilations such as ‘Subliminal Winter Sessions 3 & 4′ on Subliminal/SUBUSA Records.
The legendary ‘Pacha Recordings’ label became his second home. A series of hits including “Liar’s Game”, “Everything I” and “Don’t Say Goodbye” along with various exclusive remixes for Pacha set his career in full motion. Jorge Jaramillo has recently mixed the “Pure Pacha III Black” Compilation (Pacha Recordings). As a producer, he has worked with, J-Lo, Marc Almond, Erick Morillo, and Cristina Aguilera to name a few. His track « France Dance » has been featured as the main song in the hit series American television show « Against The Wall » on Lifetime channel .
Jorge Jaramillo has also been a headliner for the highly acclaimed Subliminal Parties, including opening DJ for Erick Morillo’s Subliminal Sessions in Pacha Ibiza. One of Jorge Jaramillo’s strongest performances was at the Mix Club in Paris France gaining him Superstar Dj status and 3 more visits to the Mix Club.
